This may be of interest to fellow attorneys that are attempting to find success in the field of expungements.   Next Thursday at 8:30, Landon and Grant will be presenting a CLE on the status of expungements in Minnesota.  We will begin by walking through the very basic process, and follow it up with some of the more complicated issues and arguments.

When you are charged with a crime in Minnesota there can be serious consequences that will effect your future. Even if you are not found guilty of the crime and it is dismissed, the initial charges can still come back to haunt you. Some employers or landlords may have serious concerns if you have even been charged with a crime, regardless of the outcome.
